I hope you're having a stellar weekend so far, and I hope that you're rising to the challenges we've all been facing.

Just a quick note today, because I'm out the door for a fun day of skating and nature with my sons.

Ask yourself what it means to be on your path, and what it means to have fallen off your path.

Seriously. Spend some time and define this for yourself. It will change your life.

I work with a group of men's coaches in Australia, and in a recent group meeting with 20 of our coaching clients we got a chance to ask some of the men individually what it meant for them to be out of alignment with integrity.

Integrity is a critical word here, because it implies being true and honest to yourself and your core values.

It is the roadmap to the best possible version of yourself. If you follow this map, it leads to greatness. If you flounder or trip up, you live a life of mediocrity.

When I am living in integrity in my life is is easy and natural for me to stay my path,

For me this means staying healthy, clean, strong, aware, and working towards greater freedom for myself and others.

When out of alignment with integrity, my tendency is to slip back into addictive behaviors, even minor ones like drinking caffeine or a little red wine once in a while, even emotional addictions to negative feelings.

I know enough about myself to know what it feels like to be standing in my full power, and it takes integrity to do so.

In this men's group, when asked, many of them echoed the same thing... they were out of integrity because they were self-medicating with alcohol, drugs, food, or even porn.

They know that none of this garbage serves their higher self, and that all this keeps them from living up to their full potential, yet they do it anyway.

Why?

I want to say that living in integrity is VERY challenging in this sick, dysfunctional, addicted culture.

The tribe all around is doing everything they can to destroy themselves. Don't you see it?

The subconscious mind is doing everything it can to fit into this tribe. Yours included.

This means that in order to live into integrity, and to stay on YOUR true path to self-mastery, you must overcome the inertia and pull of the tribe.

In essence, you must retrain your own subconscious mind to seek out behaviors and habits that align with your purpose and keep you on the right path.

This is NOT easy to do, and as a self-sabotage coach I help people get a very clear picture of how this shows up in their life and how it holds them back.

Friends, look around, the world is slipping further and further into hysteria and psychosis.

The only thing standing between the madness out there and your own inner peace is your ability to control your mind and live fully into integrity.

If you wish to survive AND thrive in these difficulty times, you simply must master integrity.

What's up in my personal life?

Lately I've been very focused on tightening up every aspect of my life so that I may achieve some very big goals and dreams I have.

A big part of this for me is staying physically sober as well as emotionally sober. Emotional sobriety is the ability to regulate the negative emotions that lead us to craving substances and even conflict.

There is so much fear, anxiety and doubt circulating in the collective conscience right now, and as a deeply empathic person I feel it very acutely.

I've also been doubling down on my resolve to work from a place of inner peace and calm.

Furthermore, I have been deliberately calling into my life people of a higher calibre. I am surrounding myself with winners, visionaries, and people committed to making positive changes in this life and in this world.

I've noticed many times in my life that when you firmly set your intention on personal growth and success, the right people and opportunities magically appear.

This is what Carl Jung called 'synchronicity', and I am seeing a LOT of it in my life right now.

Feeling incredibly blessed.

What about you?

This is all have for today. I've bee very focused on moving to another platform for email and communication, and its has taken up most of my time over the last coupe of weeks. Almost done, though, and when I am it will open up a lot of time to put into this newsletter and some amazing projects I am developing.

Until next time, stay strong!

With Love,
